- The Director of Total Rewards is a strategic partner to the VP People & Culture responsible for the design, development, and compliant administration of all employee compensation, health and welfare, recognition and rewards programs and initiatives across the enterprise
- Lead the design, development, and administration of broad-based compensation strategies, including salary structures, base pay FLSA designations, all short, long term and incentives, and other variable compensation plans under the direction of the VP of People and Culture and in collaboration with the CFO and General Manager.
- Partner with the VP of People & Culture on executive compensation projects including annual incentives, equity programs, etc.
- Coordinate with benefit providers on wellness and health education initiatives.
- Maintain working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits, proactively amending policies and programs as needed.
