- Broad Function and Purpose of Position : Direct the planning, coordination, and execution of sales programs for Asian Automotive OEM and Tier accounts; insure sales activities are consistent with and meet the Automotive Unit's sales, growth, margin, and profit objectives; develop and optimize opportunities for growth; support Program Management directly and through Key Account managers.
- With VP of Sales, develop annual and three-year strategic sales plans for Asian OEM customer accounts in accordance with the Automotive Unit's sales and profit objectives; assist in the development of annual budget and action plans for assigned accounts; recommend and execute agreed-upon sales strategy and marketing plan/programs according to annual budget and three year plan to meet sales, growth, margin and profit objectives.
- Perform special projects and other duties as required by the VP of Sales
- Three to five years in managerial positions directly within the Asian automotive OEM market
