- This position is an active member of the regional team supporting hotels in terms of revenue analysis, demand prediction, market advisement, hotel training, and new hotel implementation as well as other key aspects entailed by the position/RHG relationship.
- Coordinate with Director of Sales & Marketing and team in development of group and corporate opportunity, pricing and positioning strategy of brand to encourage strategic business selection.
- Participate in the annual RFP process with each hotel to ensure coordination of rate quoting to ensure fair and equitable consumption of LNR awards.
- Design and coordinate OTA promotions such as Travel Zoo, pay per click and other campaigns to ensure that no similar programs are executed concurrently leading to a "shared demand" scenario for any one property.
- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence information to track pricing and yield strategies to predict competitor reactions and patterns to changes of demand in the market.
