- Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Asset Management, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for the general management and oversight of all properties assigned to the portfolio.
- The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the financial management, physical conditions, compliance, resident/occupancy issues, and community/resident relations.
- Manages financial operations sites following departmental rules, regulations and guidelines, including, but not limited to: assisting in the preparation of annual operating budgets, submitting requests for goods and services within the established budget, oversees the inventory of all property, to ensure properties are operated consistently with HUD financial guidelines and procedures.
- Works with the VP of Asset Management to establish strategic objectives for portfolio including market position of property, occupancy, revenue, cost and resident services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science, or closely related field.
