- Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Production, the Director of Production is responsible for overseeing all production operations, personnel, and processes at the seafood processing and preparation plant for all shifts at its 200,000 sq.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food manufacturing operations, a strong background in HACCP, GMP, and proven leadership abilities.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a food manufacturing or chilled processing environment, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP principles, GMP requirements, SQF standards, and other applicable food safety regulations.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing and maintaining HACCP, GMP, and SQF programs.
