- Bladen Smart is looking for a mission-focused, seasoned, strategic leader with at least 5 years of management experience, preferably in Smart Start, to support all internal operations of the organization.
- The Director of Operations will report to the Executive Director.
- The Director of Operations will work in partnership with the Executive Director to create strategic plans, implement and train staff on all policies and procedures, and to assist in the development of human and financial resources necessary for Bladen Smart Start to achieve its mission of enhancing the early childhood system for Bladen County.
- The Director of Operations, in conjunction with the Executive Director, will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
