- Reporting to the Chief of Staff & AVP for Planning and External Affairs (COS), the Director of Institutional Research leads the University’s institutional research activities and initiatives, including preparing routine and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders that support data informed decision making and assessment.
- Provide research support for assessing campus institutional effectiveness in planning, accreditation, evaluation and program assessment activities.
- Supervise, train, evaluate and maintain accountability of institutional research staff.
- Administer and oversee the institutional research office budget.
- Utilize the best practices in institutional research by keeping current with research literature, participating in institutional research professional associations and consulting with experience colleagues as appropriate.
