- The Human Resources Director promotes and implements human resource values by overseeing and managing the human resources department, including its programs, policies, and staff.
- The HR Director is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources department’s functions.
- This position works closely with the Director of Operations and the Executive Management team to continuously monitor and evaluate performance standards and measures related to the organization's HR department.
- Regularly review compensation and benefits market data, monitor pay practices and proactively address any issues
- Work with Compliance/Legal on any work-related injuries and initiate the filing of workers compensation claims when appropriate.
