- Under the direction of the Vice Chancellor Student Life Bay Area and in corporation with the Director of Housing Services (Boston), the Director of Housing & Residential Life in Oakland leads student life within the residential community and will plan and implement programs and opportunities that support and complement the academic experience at Northeastern University, Oakland Campus, formerly Mills College.
- The Director manages the staffing and programming for a residential population residing in traditional halls, co-op, family housing, special interest housing, learning communities, and graduate student housing.
- Lead the staff and programming for residential population of Oakland students and partnership programs residing in traditional halls, co-ops, family housing, learning communities, and graduate student housing.
- Under the direction of the Director of the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, serve as the Oakland campus primary conduct officer, partner in Restorative Justice programs, and supervise residential life staff regarding residential conduct.
