- Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Director of Development for our client, a highly regarded non-profit organization that provides comprehensive services to children, youth, and families in need in Los Angeles, CA !
- The Director of Development will work with the Vice President of Development and Communications to create and executive a strategic approach to fundraising including securing and stewarding major individual and corporate gifts and development strategies to build the annual fund!
- Responsible for developing and stewarding a portfolio of relationships to provide funding for mission (sponsorship, strategic campaigns, event teams, grants, donations, and other partnerships)
- Drives donor-centric partnerships to support financial goals of market events, programs, and prioritized initiatives.
- 5+ years of development/fundraising experience with a non-profit organization
