- Distinctive on-campus leadership opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality services, contract management, and renovation projects.
- Responsibilities include oversight of several contracts and vendor relationships, assigned facility renovations, construction projects and fixed asset management related to dining, vending and other services provided by contracted third party vendors.
- Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (lesser degree may be substituted with relevant experience in food service management or quality assurance field), five or more years of food service or other relevant operations experience, demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and/or direct reports, and experience with inventory management, inspection, and/or quality control management as well as Microsoft Excel or similar data base technology.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the US and have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel efficiently between multiple locations.
