- Morrison Foerster LLP, an Am Law 50 law firm with 18 offices worldwide, has an opening for a Director of Communications within our Marketing Department in our San Francisco, Palo Alto or Los Angeles office.
- The Director of Communications collaborates with the Firm’s leadership team and extended marketing and business development team members to develop, and execute the firm’s communications strategies firmwide, including media and public relations, internal and external communications, content marketing and social media.
- In collaboration with senior firm management, practice leaders, and marketing/BD staff, develop and implement PR and communications strategies for the Firm, practice groups, and attorneys, tailoring messages for audiences, locations, and markets.
- Lead content marketing team and implement strategies to raise the profile of the firm and its key practice areas leveraging all relevant interactive channels and automated marketing tools (i.e., Social Media, Web, Blogs, Email, Salesforce, Gaggle, Meltwater).
- Creative, self-motivated, organized, energetic and positive individual with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in senior public relations or corporate communications roles, preferably in a large, international law firm.
