- Heartland Behavioral Health Services has been providing care for children and adolescents for over 100 years in Nevada, Missouri.
- We treat male and female patients ages 4 through 17 in both acute as well as residential programs for conditions ranging from depression, anxiety and other mood disorders to recovering from a traumatic event.
- The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of clinical/program services for the facility to include acute care, RTC/PRTF and Outpatient.
- In collaboration with the Director of Nursing allocates clinical resources in an efficient and economic manner to enable each patient to attain or maintain the highest attainable physical, emotional, and psychosocial wellbeing.
- DCS must be willing to carry a caseload, as needed, in the event of shortages and paid time from therapists.
