- Works with Admissions staff to ensure effective representation of the medical school throughout the community to meet enrollment management goals and objectives.
- Assists with and serving as a resource for problem resolution (trouble-shooting problems, changing duties as demands dictate, delegating and/or re-distributing tasks/projects due to volume or extenuating circumstances, personnel issues administering "due process" protocols, crisis management, etc.)
- Assists Assistant Dean of Admissions in his/her efforts to provide outreach and function as a visible advocate and spokesperson to premedical advisors and students at various colleges and universities, to ensure that they are updated on admissions standards and requirements to support the recruitments of a highly qualified group of applicants.
- Helps the Assistant Dean with maintaining a positive relationship with key feeder schools (local and national) and their pre-med/health occupation leaders.
- Travel to feeder schools to promote Noorda-COM to pre-med/health leaders and potential students.
