Position Overview Design, implement, and maintain investment reporting to ensure timely, accurate, meaningful, and cost-effective analytics to regular and ad hoc reporting requests. Develop process enhancements and/or tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Investment Reporting and provide other project support to the team. Responsibilities * Develop process enhancements and implement and leverage reporting tools, which could include;* Support the transition from legacy databases to the Investment Data Warehouse* Enhance reporting process to reduce manual effort* Identify opportunities in daily processing to reduce human effort * Develop and execute reporting deliverables for internal and external partners.* Lead the development of reporting policies, procedures, standards, and controls. Investigate and make recommendations on report consolidation, standardization, and optimization across all investment reports.* Build a deep knowledge of RGA's portfolio and data structures in the system.* Build a deep knowledge of existing investment-related systems and software (ie Tableau/Alteryx, Power BI, BRS Aladdin, Bloomberg, etc).* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Investments front, middle, and back office as well as with RGA corporate partners (ie, IT, Accounting, Structured Finance, etc).* Assist in special projects, committees, and meetings as required.* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.* Perform other duties as assigned. Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
