- The Director of HR & Talent Management for Radiant Vision Systems is responsible for the development and integration of talent strategies, systems and programs that support the organization's mission, vision, values and business strategy.
- The HR Director works closely with the Executive Vice President and senior leadership team at Radiant headquarters to develop and implement effective people strategies and tactics to support and enable execution of the business' strategic objectives.
- The HR Director leads a two person and is responsible for ensuring they meet standards through mentoring, coaching and sharing of best practices.
- Providing critical services and supporting all Radiant's global operations in complex environments, while serving as business partner to country offices, their leadership and local HR professionals
- Develop an integrated employee communications plan that aligns key elements of performance culture, talent management, individual development and employee engagement.
