- The Director, Grant Writing and Proposal Development will support the Senior Director, Sponsored Program & Government Grants Strategy by providing high level writing of government grant proposals and strategically linking funding opportunities with KPIs to further the mission of the organization.
- The Director will be responsible for managing a comprehensive grant submission process, conducting the full range of activities required to prepare and submit timely, accurate, compelling, polished proposals (including budgets) to government funding sources and foundations in collaboration with the Director of Foundation Relations.
- This includes tracking organization funding needs and strategy; prospect research and providing development support, in a team environment, with other fundraising and Association's initiatives and activities.
- Communicate with the Director of Foundation Relations, Regional Leads, Donor Advisors, and Chapter Executives regarding application submissions.
- In collaboration with Snr Director, Chief Program Officer & Chapter Executives, develop an annual grants strategy.
