- Ensure ongoing training and education for investigators and relevant parties on state and federal laws related to Title IX, sex-based harassment, discrimination, and trauma-informed practices.
- Track incidents, assess patterns, identify risk areas, and develop targeted prevention and education programming, including annual training for faculty, staff, and students on their rights and obligations under Title IX.Develop and provide engaging, evidence-based educational workshops on gender-based violence prevention for faculty, staff, and students.
- Collaborate with Student Conduct, Student Life, Campus Police, HR, Deans, Disabled Student Programs, Personal Counseling, and legal counsel, and assist with Clery Act compliance.
- Participate in and chair various committees, including the Prevention Education Advisory Committee, Crisis Prevention and Response Team, and the Incident Management Team, planning ongoing student-facing prevention education in partnership with campus and community partners to meet Clery and VAWA requirements.
