- The ERM Director is responsible for the leadership, innovation, and strategic development of the corporate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process to identify, evaluate and monitor the organizations risks.
- This role supports the execution and further development of the organizations ERM program and provides key information to executive leadership and the Audit Committee/Board of Trustees to support their oversight of the enterprise risk management process.
- The ERM Program Director exhibits business process knowledge, possesses a broad-based operational perspective and provides solutions for business risk issues.
