- You will own and drive the Strategic Planning, Execution, Measurement & Optimization of the Overall Digital Experience to engage and convert B2B church leader personas (primary) and provide for a consumer (D2C) commerce path to purchase.

- Leverages the website(s) to engage and support customers across their integrated digital journeys (acquisition, retention, expansion)
- Oversees the development and optimization of Lifeway’s automated journeys, SMS campaigns and email communications (promotion, nurture, newsletters, etc.)
