- Leads five critical areas including Chapter Marketing Enablement, Volunteer Marketing Engagement, Community Event Marketing, Community Communications, and Internal Comms.
- You will be part of the Global Marketing leadership team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining chapter members, using KPIs such as Membership Growth Retention, Lifetime Value (LTV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure and optimize program success.
- BA in communication, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related field.
