- Responsible for spearheading the implementation of direct response marketing plans developed by channel leads within the Advancement Marketing team, the Production Specialist oversees the coordination of direct mail, email, social media, and phone communications aimed at engaging, soliciting, and stewarding members of the Brown community.
- Collaborating closely with team members, the Production Specialist strategically contributes to the development of marketing tactics crucial for raising approximately $8M annually for the Brown Annual Fund, as well as supporting marketing efforts for other key partners across the Advancement Division.
- The Direct Marketing Production Specialist is a key liaison with stakeholders from across the division, including members of The Brown Annual Fund, Advancement Communications, and Donor Relations/Stewardship teams.
- In this capacity, the Production Specialist will lead project kick-off meetings, determine appropriate timelines, establish goals, and develop compelling content for marketing appeals.
- Moreover, the Production Specialist will also work with outside vendors, such as direct mail houses, as part of the direct marketing process.
