- Role: Oversees all Dining Services team members by providing guidance, training and directions to associates.
- Ensures the provision of a continuous high quality of service within the Dining Services department through ongoing supervision, oversight and delegation.
- Responsible for the procurement of food and food service supplies; production of food; keeping department within budget within established guidelines and submits recommendations for budget completion, equipment and supplies.
- Works in concert with other members of Leadership Team to ensure dietary needs of residents are met and planning/implementation of special events; maintains effective communication between Leadership Team, residents, and family members; makes written and oral reports as necessary.
