- Under the general direction of the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Media Coordinator, Communications (DMC), will assist the department by developing and executing digital and traditional communication, social media and marketing materials designed to educate the public about organ, eye, and tissue donation and to increase the number of people who register as donors.
- The DMC interacts with donor family members, living donors, transplant recipients and their families, volunteers, members of the media, advertising representatives, health care professionals and members of the community, including various multicultural groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, Public Health, or Journalism; or in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, etc.)
- Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro, Google Analytics, website content management systems and have video editing experience.
