- You will lead a diverse team, leveraging cutting-edge SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic display, and email marketing/marketing automation techniques, among other emerging channels, to achieve organizational goals.
- Search Marketing (SEM/SEO Optimization) : Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve search engine visibility, drive organic traffic, and optimize paid search campaigns.
- CRM/PRM and Marketing Automation : Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Digital Patient Experience to oversee the strategic implementation, usage, and evolution of marketing automation systems and customer/physician relationship management (CRM) software.
- Develop content marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, and community engagement programs to foster organic growth.
- Proven track record (7+ years required ) in leading teams, developing, and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, inclusive of programmatic display, search engine marketing, social media (organic and paid), reputation management, streaming video advertising and email/marketing automation.
