- The Senior Workday HCM Product Owner (Lead Developer) will have expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing Workday HCM applications, and drive transformative HR solutions.
- Provide Workday HCM functional expertise, day-to-day support, ongoing life cycle development, including business process configuration, integrations, data transmission, testing and other troubleshooting support.
- Provide Workday product expertise in the areas of Workday HCM Modules (Core HR, talent management, payroll, time tracking, benefits, learning, recruitment, compensation, and advanced analytics).
- Build relationships with key business users to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet current and future business needs.
- Promote Workday HCM optimization, provide subject matter expertise on best practices, partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities to improve processes in order to gain efficiencies.
