- The Development and Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Casa Pacifica’s donor-related programs while overseeing educational, workplace, and outreach opportunities to engage the community in Casa Pacifica’s mission and work.
- The Development and Community Engagement Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Development Officer and works with a variety of individuals, groups, Angels and Amigos Auxiliaries, donors, event guests, volunteers, staff and other constituents to ensure everyone who encounters Casa Pacifica has an excellent experience.
- Attending evening/weekend meetings and events and working nights and weekends in preparation for Casa Pacifica’s fundraising events is required.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Donor Relations Strategically steward new donors, event attendees, advocates and volunteers through relationship building and engagement activities.
- Assist with the development of new strategies to increase donor and volunteer engagement, satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
