- This position will work in tandem with the bureau director and an existing deputy bureau director to lead service and system improvement initiatives, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the program.
- Managing program procurement, contracts, and vendors to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
- Providing high level oversight and performance evaluation of the Employer Services Division and providing guidance to the Division Director on operational matters specific to the activities of the division, as well as policy compliance, initiatives and managing human resources.
- Assisting the Director with communications between the program and the public, the legislature, and other stakeholders, both internal and external.
- A Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in a field related to operations, business, finance, economics, law, or public service, that includes at least 4 years of managerial experience at the mid-management or director level -OR- an equivalent twelve (12) year combination of education, training and experience.
