- The Fleet Safety & Compliance Coordinator (FSCC) is responsible for supporting the Fleet Safety Manager in all motor-vehicle compliance and safety for the Company.
- In addition, this position manages driver qualifications and motor vehicle records, conducts audits and oversees the records for driver training, monitors FMCSA reporting, audits CSA BASICS scores, and ensures appropriate chargebacks.
- A strong understanding of auto insurance processing, fleet management and compliance requirements related to driver qualifications and MVRs. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data management, reporting and communication including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, fleet management software and insurance claims systems.
- File auto insurance claims
- Manage auto insurance claims(Work with TPA) FLEET MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATION
