This person will play a key role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track and will be part of a collaborative team that offers a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging working environment. What You'll Do Day-to-day Your responsibilities will involve support for members of DESRI’s leadership team, including managing complex schedules and travel, coordinating and executing meetings, triaging emails and tasks, performing expense reconciliations, organizing events, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering key support on ad hoc projects, and providing general administrative assistance for business needs. Who We're Looking For <ul><li> A bachelor’s degree is required. Some professional experience is preferred but not required. </li><li> We seek a flexible, diligent individual with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as keen organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. </li><li> Administrative assistants at DESRI are accustomed to having ownership over their work product and thrive in fast-paced work environments. </li><li> Exceptional Microsoft Office suite skills (particularly Outlook), as well as the ability to learn and utilize productivity software such as Slack, Webex, Adobe Acrobat, and Concur, are required. </li><li> A team-oriented approach and a willingness to take initiative are critical for this role, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once. </li><li> The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must. </li><li> We’re open to applicants from any field who have keen judgment and can learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives. </li><li> Individuals may be eligible for hourly overtime pay as the role occasionally requires work outside of standard business hours. </li><li> The expected annual base salary for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
