- They work with both mid market and enterprise clients globally with a high focus in the travel and automotive space and clients like TripAdvisor, Priceline and more.
- Work closely with clients to ensure product satisfaction, retention and renewal
- Work closely with your manager to relay client feedback, concerns, etc.
- 2-5 years of prior customer success, customer support, sales or account management experience in a B2B software, SaaS environment
