- We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our IAM Managed Services team on a full-time basis remotely.
- The Customer Success Manager will function as the main point of contact to our clients for services delivered by GuidePoint Security Identity Managed Service practice.
- The CSM will be accountable for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and process and operational excellence and improvements, while driving future demand with your client base.
- Proven experience in IT service management or Technical Account Management, HIGHLY prefer within Identity and Access Management or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Proficiency in using IT service management platforms and tools.
