- Serves as a liaison between the commercial technology sales team and Owens & Minor’s legal team to maintain accurate contract records and proactively alert the sales team to any relevant information.
- Coaches the team of commercial technology sales specialists on all required duties.
- Liaises between O&M collections/AR teammates and customer AP teams to ensure accurate invoicing for services and compliant payment.
