- The Training Coordinator will create and deliver systems training, create and update training resources including documents and videos, offer refresher training programs, side by side coaching, and provide the necessary resources that promote service excellence, efficiency, and continuous learning.
- Create classroom and virtual handouts, instructional materials, quizzes, tests, and training materials.
- Research and utilize a variety of modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning) to drive engagement.
