- Reports to: Parts Manager / Site Manager or Corporate Parts Manager
- Build customer relationships by traveling to customer locations, parts and service sales, perform follow-up activities on complete goods, address customer concerns, promote aftermarket sales, furnish technical support where applicable and collect profiling information in order to enhance the customer experience.
- Runs a routine parts delivery route to customers providing value and support to customers
- Sells and Markets parts and service sales such as extended warranties, parts stocking plans, maintenance plans, machine inspections, overhauls, standard job quotes, and special monthly parts promotions working with parts and service managers
- Performs follow-up calls at customer locations on complete goods and major parts and service
