- The candidate for this position must oversee the daily customer service operations of two retail branch locations.
- The candidate must possess strong customer service skills and expertise in new accounts and consumer lending, as well as proven ability to manage and motivate multiple branches.
- Requirements for the position include a bachelors degree in a business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience), strong verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of two years supervisory experience within a financial/banking environment, a minimum of two years sales experience, and a minimum of five years experience working in customer service.
- The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
