- To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department.
- The primary responsibility of the position is assisting passengers in boarding/disembarking flights, operating the Jetway, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and guiding/parking aircraft.
- The successful candidate will be able to successfully complete the Customer Service Agent training course, be able to lift seventy (70) pounds, and work outside in all weather conditions.
- Load and unload baggage and cargo
- Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
