- Reports to: Manager, Customer Service
- Assist with the execution of clients’ mailing programs, following all production-related aspects of the job from receipt of initial concept through invoicing.
- Coordinate with client, Moore DM Group’s operating facilities and outside suppliers to manage all aspects of the job, from component mock-up to data processing to component production and delivery, to insure flawless execution for our clients.
- Communicate with the Account Managers, Strategist or Sales Lead about any production-related issues that may potentially cause a job to mail late or come in over budget.
- Communicate all changes that could potentially impact overall package performance to Management and revise package components with Manager’s approved revisions via the Prepress Dept.
