- The Customer Messaging Coordinator will work on the Customer Messaging and Community team to optimize and elevate messaging channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Build national and local bakery emails, customer lifecycle and loyalty journeys, and triggered campaigns
- Provide recommendations to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention KPIs, as well as promote subscriber list growth and health
- 1-3 years experience in the email marketing and/or mobile marketing industry desired
- SMS/mobile marketing experience using Attentive, Twillio, MobileConnect, or Airship
