- This three-quarter time administrative position is responsible for working with a team that oversees and implements four primary areas of curricular support at the university: programmatic and curricular changes; academic catalog development and revision; online instructional design processes; and academic program review.
- The Curriculum and Project Specialist collaborates with the Associate Director of the Office of Curricular Support (OCS) to provide oversight of curricular development/changes initiated and implemented through the Academic Cabinet and/or faculty governance systems.
- This individual also provides assistance and support for the instructional design team at the university, including creating and maintaining records that are utilized by university personnel for tracking progress, trainings, and updates.
- Serve as an editor for curriculum content processed by the Office of Curricular Support, reviewing, editing, and proofreading content for grammar and punctuation usage, style, tone, quality, organization, and adherence to university standards.
- Be proficient in using CourseLeaf CAT to ensure curricular changes are reflected in the upcoming Catalog environment, including creating, removing or organizing page content and other administrative functions within the tool.
