- The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Culinary Managers in the effective management and running of culinary operations.
- The Culinary Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event.
- Supervises cooks and other team members in assigned work areas in Footprint Center.
- Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- Responsible for consulting with Executive Chef, Sous Chef to plan menus and estimate expected food consumption.
