- The CRM Application Administrator is responsible for configuring, integrating, administering, and providing advanced and varied consultation, project management, and operational support of highly complex applications or services with a large number of users.
- This position will report to the Information Technology Division but will work collaboratively with multiple areas that utilize CRM technology, including Continuing Education, Enrollment Services, Graduation Studies and the Weidner Center.
- This position will act as the liaison between the Information Technology Business Analyst and the functional users for each department.
- Specific job duties will include leading end-user meetings, ensuring collaboration between departments, providing training and functional end-user support.
- Defines user requirements and performs configuration, change management, and testing activities.
