- Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations & Systems, the CRM Analyst provides functional support for the University’s CRM system (Slate), for both the Office of Admissions and Advancement, with a primary focus on admissions and recruitment.
- This position will provide technical expertise to assist with system maintenance, query development, process automation, staff training, system optimization, and the development of new Slate features that support the University’s recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
- Develops and maintains Slate portals to support both the admissions student journey, and the user experience for internal staff and other constituents.
- Provide training and user support to the recruitment and student success teams on new processes; create documentation and maintain usage guide.
- Support the day-to-day administration and management of the Slate CRM platform for admissions and advancement including system integrity, system issues, and problem-solving, with a priority on supporting the admissions team.
