- NEW PROGRAM - STABILIZATION AND ASSESSMENT CENTER: Jonathan"'s Place is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist for the Stabilization and Assessment Center (SAC) Program.
- This position will work with direct care staff and residents in the SAC Program and will be responsible for intervening and assisting in crises by providing face-to-face crisis assessment, crisis intervention services, and ongoing support.
- The Specialist (CIS) will work directly with the children/youth experiencing a crisis by providing support and assistance, plans to manage behavior, and helping them increase overall coping skills.
- The Crisis Intervention Specialist is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends as needed.
- Engages in a trauma-informed programming model to provide residents with physical and emotional safety.
