- This position is accountable for booking multi-day Corporate Meetings business on an established base of accounts, while managing/converting high potential prospects and uncovering new business.
- Determine and recommend prospective customers by analyzing historical and other statistical information (market segment), participating in conducting customer interviews and preparing customer call analysis reports.
- Solicit accounts for meeting and catering business directly and jointly with others through the preparation and execution of action plans.
- Within established parameters, quote and negotiate prices with customer representatives sending proposals, drawing up License Agreements to be signed by the customer, with approval of Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Upon closing, coordinate and follow up with event manager to ensure delivery of superior customer service.
