- The Suspicious Activity Monitoring BSA Officer is a vital resource for the organization’s compliance with safety and soundness regulations.
- Will perform all functions necessary to maintain compliance with the GBCI BSA/AML/OFAC Program, Policies, and Procedures for the bank to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain satisfactory ratings on all BSA Audits and Exams.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of a division’s day-to-day compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC requirements.
- Maintain an understanding and working knowledge of banking operations as they relate to BSA/AML/OFAC compliance including teller functions, new accounts, wire transfers, electronic banking and letters of credit.
- Ensure that training is kept current on BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.
