- The Copywriter is part of the Brand Marketing Team and is a pivotal role to define and lead L’Occitane product and marketing copy across platforms in the US and CANADA. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to writing product copy and writing copy for creative materials (email, direct mail, social media, POS, packaging) to create a highly engaged North American customer.
- Solidify brand voice and tone, and ensure all copy is unified within the brand voice guidelines
- Write copy that brings products and L’Occitane brand to life for all channels, including social media, e-mail, website, in-store, editorial, training, and other on- and offline formats
- Strategize with omni-channel marketing, digital marketing, CRM, visual and retail teams to ensure copy meets needs of and is adaptable to all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with global marketing at pre-launch stage to influence packaging copy
