- The BiGS/Initiatives administrative department focuses on several important topic areas including the role of business and environment; business history; entrepreneurship; race, gender, and equity; health care; leadership; and social enterprise.
- They also support selected cross-cutting projects and efforts in coordination with the Associate Director, Technology and Strategic Operations and/or the Assistant Director of Constituent and Community Engagement.
- Manage reporting and compliance requests from HR and Finance, working with the Director, and serve as a departmental liaison in School-wide Business Manager and HR Partners meetings.
- Activities include room scheduling, catering logistics, media and technology services, vendor management, and publicity and marketing.
- Work with Assistant Director of Constituent and Community Engagement to develop, implement, and maintain tools and processes to support cross-departmental learning, communication, and operations, including the development of resource sites on MS Teams to manage departmental records and communication lists.
