- Works in a variety of areas throughout the week from topping pizzas, meal service preparing food to order on the tray line, batch cooking for future service, prepping recipes for your teammates, to cooking food banquet style for service in the caf.
- Cook and/or bake items from scratch to include sauces, marinades and spice blends
- Prepare meat, fish and fowl for cooking according to standard recipes, menus, or verbal instructions; butcher larger cuts of meat, fish, and fowl
- Prepare all types of bakery and dessert items according to standard recipes, menus, or verbal instructions
- Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment AND one year of experience preparing and serving food and maintaining clean work area as a Food Service Worker; or equivalent education/experience.
