- The Contracts Analyst will manage the contract administration process including tracking and organizing contracts, contract review and communications to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate, and experience editing/redlining contracts according to guidelines set by Allbridge.
- Coordinate customer contract review with Sales leadership
- Work to obtain proper signatures (customer and CEO) on all agreements; Act as liaison with Legal Counsel on new agreements and renegotiated terms
